This Privacy and Data Processing Policy explains what information LORA may receive through the website, forms, email, messengers, briefs and analytics events, why that information is used and how a user can request access, correction or deletion.
This document applies to loragroup.space and related LORA pages. If a separate contract, NDA, statement of work or data agreement is signed, that document prevails for the specific project.
Information LORA may receive
Users may voluntarily provide name, email, phone, messenger, website link, company name, project description, budget range, timeline, files and other project context.
The site may also record technical context such as submission date, source page, selected language, theme, UTM tags, referral source, device type, browser data and interface events.

Purposes of processing
Data is used to respond to requests, prepare briefs, diagnose websites or funnels, evaluate cooperation, discuss projects, prepare proposals and perform further agreements.

Legal basis and consent

Deletion can be requested by email unless retention is required for a contract, accounting, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
User rights
A user may request access, correction, deletion, stop to follow-up communication or clarification of processing channels.
LORA may request confirmation that the person making the request is the same person or company representative.
Security and limitations
LORA uses reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect requests and project context.
Users should not send passwords, closed databases, financial documents, medical records or other sensitive materials through public forms without agreeing on a secure channel first.
